What are Ferrocement Water Storage Tanks?

There are two sets of four ferrocement water storage tanks, the lower 315 gallon tanks and the upper 600 gallon tanks. The upper four water storage tanks follow a bottle shape. In total, the upper tanks have a capacity of 2,400 gallons. These tanks also have a water level sensor and pipes connecting them to each other for redundancy purposes.
